What it costs, with nothing folded in
Our fee and the Companies House fee are different amounts going to different places. Every price below shows both, because a single blended number is how agents stop you comparing them.
Formation packages
Each includes the incorporation itself. Our fees exclude VAT at 20%. Companies House fees are outside the scope of VAT.

Companies House charges £100 to incorporate a company digitally and £124 by paper. Same-day incorporation is £156. Those fees took effect on 1 February 2026 and are published by Companies House at gov.uk. We pass them on at cost — we do not mark them up, and we do not earn anything on them.

What is never charged for
What we will not do
We will not advertise a formation for a pound and make it back on a renewal you did not read about. Address services renew annually at the price above, we will remind you before they do, and cancelling means telling us once.
Companies House publishes its own processing times. We will not sell you a speed we do not control.
