An England & Wales company, a Scottish company and a Northern Irish company are different registrations, with different number prefixes, and the choice is permanent — a company cannot be moved between them later. Pick the one where the company will actually be administered.

What we do not put on this page
No turnaround promises, because Companies House controls that. No review counts, ratings, awards or "companies formed" figures, because we will not assert anything we cannot evidence. No countdown timers and no "was £X" pricing.
What you see is the fee. Renewals are at the same published price, and we remind you before they take.
Nine structures, and the one you need is not always the obvious one
A block of flats, a members' club, a professional partnership and a social enterprise all register at Companies House, and all register differently. Each has its own page setting out what it needs and what it costs.
Private company limited by shares
The default UK company: owned through shares, run by directors, liability limited to what is unpaid on the shares.

A company with members rather than shareholders, where each member guarantees a nominal amount — usually £1 — instead of buying shares.

A partnership with limited liability: members share profits directly and are taxed as partners, while the LLP itself is a separate legal person.

A company that may offer its shares to the public, with a minimum issued share capital of £50,000 and stricter governance than a private company.
