The filings that keep coming
Incorporation is one day. This is the rest of the company's life, and almost all of it has a deadline attached. Each service has its own page: what it is, when it is due, what we do, and what happens if it is not done.
Every filing service, one page each

Identity verification applies to all of it
Companies House requires directors and people with significant control to have a verified identity, and an authorised corporate service provider can carry that out. Where our ACSP registration applies we say so with the reference — it is in the footer of every page here, and it must be completed before launch rather than implied.
Identity verificationSomething due, or something missed?
A late confirmation statement, an officer who never resigned properly, shares issued but never filed — these are ordinary, and they are fixable. Tell us what the register currently says.
Filing enquiry
Tell us what you are trying to do and we will reply with what is involved. No obligation, and we will say so plainly if what you need is not something we do.
