Home/Business trading address

Business trading address

The address customers, suppliers and couriers use. It is not filed anywhere — it exists for commerce, not for compliance.

A trading address is what goes on invoices, on the website contact page, in the app store listing and on the bank mandate. It is not a statutory address, so nothing is published, but it does need to be an address that can take ordinary business post and parcels.

What this address is, precisely

  • Belongs to the business
  • Not published on any register
  • Takes general business post and couriers
  • Useful where a registered office would not be appropriate

What you get from us

  • Use of our address on invoices, contracts and your website
  • All business post received, logged and scanned or forwarded
  • Parcels accepted within reasonable size limits
  • A delivery record you can export

How the mail is handled

Post is logged the day it arrives, against a reference rather than a company name, so the log itself does not leak who is at the address. Envelopes stay sealed unless you have given written authority to open and scan them. You get the record, and you can export it.

If something arrives that suggests you need a different address — general business post to a registered office, for instance — we tell you rather than quietly absorbing it.

Address integrity

The number of companies at each address is capped, and we monitor the public register for companies that have used the address without arranging it. That happens more than people expect, and it is the reason a cheap address can become a liability.

Identity is verified before an address is activated, not after payment has cleared.

Questions

Can I use it to open a bank account?
You can present it as your trading address. Whether a bank accepts a mail-handling address is the bank’s decision, and some will ask for evidence of where the business actually operates.
Can I take deliveries here?
Ordinary business parcels, yes. We will tell you the size and volume limits before you rely on it.
