This page is a working draft written to be honest about how the service operates. It is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Every amber field must be completed, and the whole page checked against the business's actual practices, before the site goes live.
What this site sets
Two cookies, both strictly necessary, neither used to track you:
- Session cookie — keeps your form entries associated with your browser while you are on the site.
- CSRF token — stops a third-party site submitting our forms on your behalf.
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site as built. That is why there is no cookie banner: strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, and we would rather not set anything that does.
If that changes
Adding analytics or an advertising pixel would require a consent mechanism and an update to this page. Confirm before launch whether any analytics will be added.
Third-party content
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. Consider self-hosting the fonts to remove that request entirely.
