Forming companies for clients

The same services, arranged for a practice rather than a founder: one account, many clients, and a register of what belongs to whom.

What the firm channel is

A single relationship with us, under which you form companies for your clients, assign addresses to them, and see the lot in one place. Your client stays your client — we do not market to them, and we do not appear on their invoice unless you want us to.

How it differs from forming one at a time

  • One account, not one per company. Billing consolidated rather than a card charge per formation.
  • Addresses assigned per client. Registered office, service addresses and trading addresses tracked against the right client, not pooled anonymously.
  • A list you can act on. Confirmation statement dates and address renewals for every client company in one view.
  • Identity verification handled once per person, not repeated for every company that person is appointed to.
  • Bulk formation where you are onboarding a group.

Where you stay responsible

Your client due diligence is yours. We carry out our own checks because we are obliged to, and we may ask you for evidence you have already collected — that is duplication we cannot remove, and we would rather explain it than pretend it away.

Anti-money-laundering

We are supervised for anti-money-laundering, and the supervisor and registration number are stated in the footer of every page on this site. Ask for our procedures and you get them. If a client's structure does not make sense to us, we will say so before it becomes your problem.

Worth a conversation if

  • You form more than a handful of companies a year
  • You are chasing confirmation statement dates in a spreadsheet
  • Your clients' home addresses are on the public register
  • You have overseas clients whose identity verification keeps stalling
  • You want addresses that will not be shared with a thousand shell companies

Firm channel enquiry

Tell us what you are trying to do and we will reply with what is involved. No obligation, and we will say so plainly if what you need is not something we do.

Permanent once registered — it cannot be moved later.
We use what you send to reply to you, and we keep it for as long as we need to. See the privacy notice.
