A company's jurisdiction is the part of the UK it is registered in — England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland — and it cannot be changed after incorporation.
It fixes the registry that holds the file, the number prefix, and where the registered office must be. It is not the same as where the business trades or where its directors live, and it is one of very few decisions at formation that is genuinely permanent.
