A confirmation statement is the annual filing in which a company confirms that the information Companies House holds about it is correct.
It covers officers, people with significant control, registered office, SIC codes, share capital and shareholders. It is due whether or not anything changed, and failing to file it is the most common route to a company being struck off the register.
