An ACSP is a firm registered with Companies House and supervised for anti-money-laundering, permitted to verify identities and to file on behalf of others.
Registration is granted by Companies House and can be checked, which is the point of it — it separates supervised providers from anyone with a website. From late 2026, third parties filing on behalf of companies are expected to need ACSP registration to do so.
